Cities on their way to climate neutrality In the framework of Fit4UrbanMission, Austrian cities are supported in preparing for their participation in the European mission "100 Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities by 2030". In our publication "FAQs EU-Cities Mission", we have summarised which requirements have to be taken into account and which opportunities are available. We also answered the most important questions. Making Mobility Data flow How can the interoperability of different access points of mobility data in Europe be ensured? In the EU project NAPCORE, 36 partners from 26 EU Member States and three Associated Partners are working to coordinate and harmonise their national access points. On 18th February 2022, the strategy and objectives will be presented at the kick-off event. Ongoing upward trend in electromobility The year 2021 shows a steady upward trend in the number of newly registered e-vehicles. In the period from January to December 2021 alone, 33,366 BEVs, 14,626 PHEVs and 14 FCEVs were newly registered. Thus, the stock grew to 106,457 e-vehicles in 2021. The current figures on electromobility can be found in the monthly brochure "Facts & Figures on Electromobility".
