Since 2016 mobility-related data has been made accessible centrally and barrier-free on the platform "mobilitydata.gv.at" in accordance with the ITS-law.

In the NAPCORE project 36 partners from 26 EU member states are working on the transnational and standardised provision of this data. In our article we present the newly launched project.

Also the PRIO Austria project addresses the harmonised provision of mobility data. At the final event on 1st December 2021 a balance was drawn and further implementations were discussed.

In the EU project SHOW, the use of electrified, connected and automated vehicles in passenger transport is being tested in more than 20 pilot regions across Europe. Austria is represented with three pilot regions.

In an interview with Joachim Hillebrand from VIRTUAL VEHICLE Research GmbH, we found out about the current status of the pilot site in Graz.
